Orders over ZAR 5000 are shipped via Collivery or MDS or Aramex. Orders over ZAR 100,000 are shipped overnight via high fidelity express courier.
A signature is required at the time of delivery, if you are not available, be sure a nominated third party person is home to accept the package.
Orders over ZAR 450,000 are exclusively shipped via Brinks delivery service.

When does shipping insurance expire - FAQ’s
The insurance cover on your parcel elapses the moment when the parcel is released by the courier agent to the nominated signatory at the nominated delivery address. In the event of third party recipients be sure to nominate the recipient with your insurance company or broker. Diamond Corporation SA cannot be held liable if any person other than the listed third party recipient takes collection of the parcel. Diamond Corporation SA recommends that you arrange specified personal insurance cover before receiving the actual item. The electronic receipt can be used to activate cover. An appraisal certificate is included in your delivery and must be forwarded to your insurance company or broker afterwards. An electronic version is also available for download in your customer portal.

My parcel did not arrive - FAQ’s Don’t fret, parcels may from time to time be delayed at one of the major dispatch centres with our nominated freight couriers. Since we are endeavouring to ensure that no unexpected delays happen, we constantly monitor the service delivery of our shipping agents and we value post-delivery feedback from you, so as to improve our services.

Should you wish to register a claim, contact customer service on +27-87-700-1219 and an agent will best assist you.
All insurance claims are lodged with Diamond Corporation SA and forwarded to the Diamond Corporation SA insurance broker for processing.
Damaged parcels - FAQ’s
Do not accept an opened or damaged parcel from the courier. Please notify Diamond Corporation SA ® of such an instance immediately to ensure a quick resolve.
Items that do not qualify for a return -
Returns Process -
Diamond Corporation SA will assist with the actual process for returning the parcel with a relevant courier.
Shipping Cost and insurance on returning the item is the liability and responsibility of the client.
Returns will be assessed upon receipt of the parcel by Diamond Corporation SA ®
Our quality control department will review the item to ensure it is in its original condition, after which a credit or refund will be authorised.
Allow for up to 10 working days for this to be processed.
